Waiver Services

Our agency is a qualified MA Provider under contract with the PA Dept of Human Services. We accept the following waivers: Consolidated, PF/D, Adult Autism and The Community Living Waiver. We are a licensed Adult Training Facility/Day Center and we are located in Penn Hills, PA on the border of Monroeville and Plum Borough, PA.

Consolidated Waiver

The Pennsylvania Consolidated Waiver is designed to help individuals with an intellectual disability, autism or developmental disability to live more independently in their homes and communities and to provide a variety of services that promote community living, including self-directed service models and traditional, agency-based service models

Adult Autism Waiver (AAW)

The Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) is a 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid waiver designed to provide long-term services and supports for community living, tailored to the specific needs of adults age 21 or older with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program is designed to help adults with ASD participate in their communities in the way they want to, based upon their identified needs.

Person/Family Directed Support Waiver

The Pennsylvania Person/Family Directed Support Waiver is designed to help individuals with an intellectual disability, autism, or developmental disability to live more independently in their homes and communities and to provide a variety of services that promote community living, including self-directed service models and traditional, agency-based service models.

Community Living Waiver

The Community Living Waiver supports individuals with an intellectual disability, autism or developmental disability to live more independently in their homes and communities through the provision of a variety of services that promote community living, employment, communication, self-direction, choice and control.

Adult Day Center

Day Programs for people with Autism

 Our Adult Day Services provides adults with autism (age 21+) the opportunity for personal growth through a variety of activities, on site and in the community. We will now provide the transportation for individuals coming to the Day Center.
